1. This Web Site is still under construction. It's probably not worth your going through this in detail yet, because I've only written material near the end. You probably won't understand it, and it needs to be edited anyways. In a month or so I will be wanting you to use it, and I'll tell you so then.
2. Alas, there are no subscripts or superscripts here. Instead of a superscript for x squared, I have written "xx". Instead of a subscript for the first x, I have written "x1."
