Part 3.5: Monge's Theorem -- The Spoiler.

You have already made an informed conjecture as to the conclusion of Monge's Theorem. The picture below illustrates the theorem.

Determine the conclusion of Monge's Theorem from the picture. Test the result using your own construction; find the point of intersection of the tangents to each pair of circles. Draw the line through two of these intersection points. Is the third one on the line? Change the radii and positions of your circles. Does the result still hold?
