The figure-8 torus is constructed by joining the ends of a figure-8 cylinder with a full twist (360 degrees). This is similar to the construction of the figure-8 Klein bottle. However, the figure-8 torus is orientable, and the Klein bottle is not. The figure-8 torus has one closed, continuous curve of self-intersection, whose image is a circle.
