Introduction
In this lab we will revisit the parametrizations of curves. Many times in
mathematics, science, and engineering we need to have a
mathematical description of an object we are studying. One helpful tool is
to parametrize the object under discussion. Parametrization allows
the possibilities of discovering the arclength of curves, and facilitates the
modeling of the motion of objects.
Objectives of the lab
The objective of this lab is to gain experience in parametrizing
common curves in two and three dimensions.
You will need to invoke Maple for this lab.
