Mathematics Sites
There are a multitude of sites on the Web of interest to math educators. Many sites will have math applications even if they are not dedicated to mathematics in particular. The list below will give you a taste of what is available for use by math educators.
- has pages devoted to students, teachers, research, and parents. The pages include lesson plans, problems of the week or day, a question/answer area, and lots more. Very useful place for mathematicians of all ages to visit.
- is where you'll find links to "Dr. Math" - an archive of math questions arranged by grade level; the Eisenhower Clearinghouse for Math and Science Educators; and a whole variety of other mathematical sites.
- includes pages of course information, educational research, classroom applications, references to selected math resources, and much more.
- provides a huge amount of regional and national information about various populations.
