HTML (HyperText Markup Language) is a computer language used to make Web pages. Using HTML, you can produce high-tech looking documents without years of computer training.
HTML helps organize the information in electronic documents allowing people to browse through the document by skipping from one section to another instead of progressing in a linear manner (such as reading a novel). You can skip the boring stuff or go back to an interesting topic. The great part is that you can link or skip to places within a document located around the world on another computer.
