Because of these price changes and some network expansion, Medica Primary will lose "low plan" status
in a large number of counties. HealthPartners replaces Medica in: Brown, Clearwater, Goodhue, Jackson,
Lincoln, McLeod, Rice and Sibley counties. HealthPartners Classic replaces Medica
in Mille Lacs and Morrison counties. State Health Plan Select replaces Medica
in Koochiching and Pine counties.
