Changes for W3Kit 2.2

Beginning with Geomview 1.5.0, the X11 MinneGraphics driver supports smooth shading, dithering, and z-buffering, and produces very nice-looking 3D images.

However, a slight incompatibility between the beta version (1.4.3) and the much-improved release version (1.5.0) of the X11 MinneGraphics driver required incompatible changes to the W3MinneGraphics class. Since there is no programmatic way to detect MG versions, W3Kit 2.2 can only be used with OOGL/MinneGraphics versions 1.5.0 or later, while previous versions of W3Kit can only be used with the beta release (1.4.3).
