Annotated Software Sessions (via the WWW or otherwise)

Computer algebra systems like Maple or Mathematica are particularly noted for this feature, although an increasing number of other tools now also offer you the ability to make notes in the notebook or session or worksheet about what you have done or what the reader should do.

These may, but do not have to be, supplemented by WWW-pages that link to these sessions. (A brief sample of how to set this up for either Maple or Mathematica is available for you to examine on your own.)
