one common thread: the Geometry Center strives to present mathematics visually and interactively. We use tools such as computer graphics, animations, hypertext, videos, and experimental data to achieve our goals. We are continually asking ourselves how mathematics can be more accessible to tomorrow's scientists and engineers, how we can motivate engineers to analyze problems from a mathematical and geometric perspective, and we can to present mathematics in a way that promotes real understanding of the physical world.
