Activities at the Geometry Center

Since summer 1995, Josh have worked on the Geometry Center Project: Pisces. He developed test functions for detecting the onsets of certain singularities that occurred in gravitational lensing and noninvertible dynamical systems. He then implemented them as derived models in the Pisces.


Josh is currently a graduate student at University of Minnesota in the Mathematics Department working with his advisor Dick McGehee. He is planing to graduate in the summer of 1997.
