Activity 1
For this activity you will need to find and look at the following two objects:
- A three-legged stool or chair
- A four-legged stool or chair
Once you have found a real-life example of each of these two objects you will want to do the following:
- Compare which item seems to be the most stable or sturdy, a three-legged or four-legged stool?
- Think about some mathematical principles that would justify your answer.
