The functions are given by

f(x,y)= ((x^2 + 36*y^2 -36)*(36*(x+3)^2 +y^2 - 36) -g(x))*(x^2 +36*y^2 -26) -b

where g(x) = a*(x-1)*(x-2)*(x-3)*(x-4);
