Intellectual Property Rights ... and Wrongs

The Requirements to Claim Copyright Are:

  1. Fixation
    The ideas must be fixed in some tangible medium of expression.

  2. Originality
    Work must be original, but not necessarily good or unique.

  3. Minimal Creativity
    At least minimal creativity, not just hard work, is required.
