Operator and Relation Entities

WebEQ recognizes various operators and relations. The WebEQ entity names are borrowed from TeX. WebEQ does not recognize function names like "sin" or operation names like "lim". At the moment, it is up to the author to set these in an upright font using the <T> tag, and position limits with the ABOVE tag. Admittedly, a BELOW tag would come in handy in this context. Look for it in the next release.
