Requiem has been released!
There is no official TiC page like there is for MM and MM2, unfortunately.
Requiem still has bugs and is essentially in beta. TiC should release a fix soon, however it's been complicated by another party trying to release a fix without TiC's permission (r.g.c.d.* has more on this debate.
