Your observations could look something like this:
- I noticed that the measurement of the hypotenuse was
greater than either of the legs.
- The sum of two of the angles added up to 90 degrees, and
the other angle was also 90 degrees.
- The sum of all three angles was 180 degrees.
- For fun, I added the sum of the squares of the leg
lengths. That sum was equal to the hypotenuse squared.
