Can you recognize the different symmetry?

The following activity will help you practice identifying reflectional symmetries.
The drawings below may or may not Your job is to find as many symmetries as possible.

Even if you do not find symmetry feel free to play with seeing what happens when you choose different lines to reflect across.

Here is how it works:

The program has three different images to work with. when you see the base reflection line you can select the image you want.

If you think you see a line of symmetry click on the reflection button, click on one point on the line and then click on another point on the line. The program will more the reflection line to coincide with your choice. You will then see part of the image reflected across the line to see if it recreates the original image. Only if the original image (drawn in gray is completely covered have you found a line of reflection.
