Here is a neat curve that I have discovered, but I don't have the mathematical background to describe it.

It has some interesting properties. For one, the altitudes will go through two special points of intersection of the curve with itself, or with the curve and a side of the triangle. It also seems to have certain relationships with the nine-point circle and the deltoid created by the locus of the Simson Line. If you find out anything about it, send me a message. I would think that there is some kind of parametric equation that could describe it?
