Since the information on this manual tends to be a bit out of date I
recommend you to read the README file that comes along with the
distribution, it should contain better information on installation and
compiling, still the basic procedure is:
- Find or create a configuration file for your architecture,
look in ./config for some examples. Important things to look out
are, your ANSI/C compiler, your yacc and lex, the
devices you plan to support. Remember that flex requires a
special macro, check the file Macros for more information.
- In the top directory execute the command
'make ARCH=arch', where 'arch' is the name of
the configuration file you want to use
(without the .cf extension).
