Typographic conventions

In this manual we use the following conventions, the text in typewriter is used when the word or text should be typed exactly as in the manual, such as keywords, function names, etc. When the user is prompted for a name or in examples were the user should insert some text the font italic is used. Code examples are formated using tgrind (when possible) in this case boldface is used for language keywords, italic for comments and roman for the code itself.
